Returns

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Be free of odors, stains, pet hair, smoke, perfumes, and any other signs of wear

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No refunds will be provided to the original form of payment.

Sale Items

All sale, clearance, and discounted merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or Defective Merchandise

If an item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect within 14 days of purchase, we will:

  1. Exchange the item for the exact same product, if available; or
  2. Issue store credit for the purchase amount if the item is no longer available.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear, improper use, laundering, or accidental damage are not considered faulty.

Online Orders

The same return and exchange policy applies to online purchases. Returned merchandise must meet all eligibility requirements listed above and be received within 14 days of the purchase date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is determined to be faulty.

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
